Before you create ticket for our Technical Support, please, make sure that your deposit exists in the explorer and has the required number of confirmations. Sometimes deposits are with delay.
The ticket for our Technical Support Team is required ONLY when the deposit did not appear in the system for more than 3-4 hours.
Depending on the overload of the network the deposit process may take approximately 30-60 minutes.To make a deposit you should login to your personal account using your registration data.
Than go to your Profile to Balance menu
To make the deposit you should find the required currency, click on "deposit" , and generate address of your wallet clicking on Deposit address Some currencies require payment ID to be deposited
Also, you can use QR code to deposit your costs.
While making deposit, please, pay attention to the currency fee on deposits to avoid misunderstanding in the future. If you do not have the currency, which requires fee, you will get negative balance while making deposit in this currency. Afterwards, you should deposit or buy the required amount as you will not be able to withdraw.
You can track the deposit process in deposit history and after it gets the required number of confirmations the coins will be sent to your wallet.
